Every Tuesday - Connecting Conversations 

Everyone is invited to join us for weekly conversations from 6:00-8:00pm.  We move around the building each week, so enter Door #1 and follow the signs to our location for the evening.  We will be taking a couple of weeks for the holidays on December 27th and January 3rd.  

December 4, 2022 - Gospel Jazz Brunch 

Join us for the Gospel Jazz Brunch on Sunday, December 4th from 11:30am-1:30pm in Backstage at Broadway.   Entertainment will feature special guest pianist, Christopher Pitts, vocalist, Shonda Nicole Gladden, and other local artists.  Brunch menu provided by Chef Felicia Grady and Plate It Up Catering.

December 16, 2022 - A Special Night with Two Unique Events

6:00pm in the Chapel:  Blue Christmas Service 
  • Led by Rev. Dr. Shonda Nicole Gladden and Rev. Rae Karim.
7:00pm in the Sanctuary: A Community Christmas Concert 
  • Featuring Rev. Jason Powell and friends.

January 7, 2023 - "Finding Your Center" Pottery Workshop

Join us for our next 8-week pottery workshop and conversation beginning on Saturday, January 7th from 1:00-3:00pm in the Pottery Studio at Broadway (Room 306).

June 18, 2023 - Juneteenth Celebration 

Join us for an interactive, multi-generational celebration of Juneteenth on Sunday, June 18th (in preparation for the holiday on June 19th) in Backstage at Broadway at 11:15am.  The program will include music,  drama, poetry, and a shared meal.
