17th Sunday After Pentecost

Today we focussed in on the story of Shadrek, Meshack, and Abendigo and their encounter with King Nebukanezer and a fiery furnace found in Daniel chapter 3. The king thought he could simply dispatch with them since they would not bow down to him and his 90-foot-tall golden idol, but a strange fourth figure appeared and accompanied safely through the fire. As we walk through these turbulent days, be encouraged that the Holy Fourth is always with you, too! Special thanks to our actors and the Celebration Band for leading us in worship today.
